I bought the HA-C8A pair for stereo DJ monitoring and small parties. For $200, you get two active speakers that sound decent for the price. The 8-inch woofers produce clear mids and highs with enough bass for background music. Input gain controls on each speaker let me balance levels easily. They're compact and lightweight, easy to carry in one trip. However, the low-end is lacking—don't expect chest-thumping bass. Also, the enclosures feel a bit cheap.
